This website is operated by AQF INGREDIENTS LLP (“AQF”, “we”, “us”). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and information

We try to show our products, prices and descriptions as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. All orders must be prepaid online; we do not offer Cash on Delivery. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

6. Use of food products

Please read the label before use, including ingredients and allergen information, and store products as directed. Our products are packed in facilities that may also handle other spices and ingredients.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to AQF INGREDIENTS LLP and may not be copied without our written permission.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
