Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is also available to selected countries (see below).
Shipping charges (India)
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above (order value after any discounts).
- A flat ₹150 standard shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.
The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times (India)
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote areas, festivals, weather or courier delays can occasionally add a few days. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
International shipping
- A flat international shipping charge of ₹1,800 applies, shown at checkout.
- Delivery time depends on the destination country and will be shared with you when your order is dispatched.
- Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.
Payment
All orders are prepaid online. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track the parcel. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
Delivery issues
- Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (re-shipping charges may apply) or a refund of the product value.
