Refund policy

At AQF INGREDIENTS LLP we want you to be happy with every order. Because our products are food items, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
Returns of unopened products
- You can return any unopened, sealed product within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the seal and label intact.
- For these returns, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Damaged, wrong or expired items
- If your order arrives damaged, leaking, with the wrong product, or past its best-before date, please tell us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send us your order number and clear photos of the product and outer package (an unboxing video helps us resolve it faster).
- We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping charge you paid. You do not pay any return shipping in these cases.
Items that cannot be returned
- Products that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken (unless they arrived damaged, wrong or expired).
- Free gifts and promotional samples.
How to request a return
- Email sales@anmolqf.com or WhatsApp +91 99259 09393 with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Refunds
- Once we receive and check the returned product (or approve your damage claim), we will email you to confirm.
- Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
- All orders on our store are prepaid; we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy.
