HOW TO USE OUR SPICE MIX?
Required Ingredients 🧂
1) Cooked rajma (1 ½ cups)
2) Onion, chopped (1 medium)
3) Tomatoes, chopped (2 medium)
4) Rajma Masala Spice Mix (50 g)
5) Water (500 ml)
6) Oil (3 tbsp)
7) Chopped coriander (for garnish)

Preparation Steps 🥣
1) Make a paste of Rajma Masala Spice Mix with ½ cup water.
2) Heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté onions 2–3 mins, add tomatoes and cook 2–3 mins, then blend into a paste.
3) Heat remaining oil, add the paste, sauté 2–3 mins until oil separates.
4) Add Rajma masala paste, cook 2–3 mins.
5) Add water and cooked rajma, simmer until the gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
