HOW TO USE OUR SPICE MIX?
Required Ingredients 🧂
1) Palak puree (400 g)
2) Paneer cubes (200 g)
3) Tomato puree (2 medium)
4) Onion, chopped (1 medium)
5) Palak Paneer Spice Mix (50 g)
6) Oil (4 tbsp)
7) Water (200 ml)
8) Fresh cream & butter (for garnish)
Preparation Steps 🥣
1) Make a paste of Palak Paneer Spice mix and 1/2 cup of water
2) Heat oil in a pan and saute for 2-3 mins. Add onions and saute for 2-3 mins. Add tomato puree and cook till the oil oozes out.
3) Add paste and cook for 2-3 mins
4) Add palak puree and cook for 2-3 mins. Add water, paneer and cook till the gravy thickens. Garnish with fresh cream and butter. Serve hot
