HOW TO USE OUR SPICE MIX?
Required Ingredients 🧂
1) 1 cup (150 g) kabuli chana, soaked overnight & pressure cooked
2) 2 medium tomatoes (150 g)
3) finely chopped
4) 1 packet Chole/Chana Gravy Mix (50 g)
5) 4 tbsp oil or ghee
6) 2½ cups (500 ml) water

Preparation Steps 🥣
1) Mix the chole masala with 1 cup water to make a paste.
2) Heat oil, sauté tomatoes until oil separates.
3) Add masala paste, cook 1 minute. Add chana and sauté briefly.
4) Add remaining water and cook on medium heat until gravy thickens.
5) Garnish with ginger and coriander; serve hot.
