HOW TO USE OUR SPICE MIX?
Required Ingredients 🧂
1) Tomato puree (2 medium / 150 g)
2) Fried or sautéed paneer cubes (3/4 cup / 150 g)
3) Green peas, blanched (3/4 cup / 100 g)
4) Mutter Paneer spice mix (1 packet / 50 g)
5) Water (1/2 cup)
6) Oil (as needed)
7) Chopped coriander (for garnish)
Preparation Steps 🥣
1) Mix Mutter Paneer spice mix with ½ cup water to make a paste.
2) Heat oil, cook tomato puree 4–5 mins until oil separates.
3) Add green peas, sauté 1–2 mins, then add spice paste, sauté 2–3 mins.
4) Add paneer and water, simmer 8–10 mins until gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
